At Pagayer Soldes Magasin, we’re committed to getting your stand up paddle equipment to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your stand up paddle equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging
- Customized products or used inflatable paddles (listed as « Paddle Gonflable Occasion » on our site) cannot be returned
- Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return
- Important hygiene note: Items like booties/shoes (« Bottillons/Chaussons ») and gloves/balaclavas/hats (« Gants/Cagoules/Bonnets ») can only be returned if the original packaging is intact and sealed
Return or Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
- Carefully package the item with all accessories and documents
- Return the package to the address provided in the RMA (we recommend using a tracked delivery service)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items if the exchange is due to our error or a defective product
- For exchanges due to change of mind, shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a return and replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item, but we’ll send the replacement first
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized products
- Used inflatable paddles (« Paddle Gonflable Occasion »)
- Bottillons/Chaussons and Gants/Cagoules/Bonnets if original packaging is opened or damaged
